About Sitadewi

Meet Sitadewi, a 33-year-old who can truly say she’s seen it all in her healthcare career journey. After graduating in 2012, Sitadewi hit the ground running, taking on any job that came her way while she searched for her dream hospital gig. From working in various professional lines to gaining experience in a maternity center, Sitadewi truly took on any task that came her way – from scrubbing in on surgeries to delivering babies to dispensing medication.

After three years at Columbia hospital where she got to work in both the labor room and nursery department, she moved on to Parkcity Medical Centre where she put her caregiving skills to the test by juggling a full-time job and part-time nursing for the elderly.

And that’s when she stumbled upon Homage, a company that she says has been a game-changer in her career.

How did you balance working full-time at the hospital and taking care of elderly patients part-time? How did Homage help you in this?

Balancing full-time work at the hospital and part-time caregiving for elderly patients was definitely a challenge. It was all about time management and prioritization. I made sure to create a schedule that allowed me to give my all to both jobs. Of course, there were times when things got hectic, but I learned to roll with the punches and stay flexible.
