How does it work?

  1. Spread the word about Homage to someone who might require home, nursing or rehab care services.
  2. If they are interested, input their contact details in the form in order for our team to reach out to them.
  3. Homage Team will get in touch with the family to offer a best suited care plan to match the preferences and needs of the family.
  4. RM100 Referral Bonus will be given upon completion of CO’s Care Assessment and first visit with Homage; The first RM50 will be credited to you when the Care Recipient completes a In Person Care Assessment (IPCA), the remaining RM50 will be given upon completion of Care Owner’s first visit with Homage.
  5. There is no limit to the number of referrals. The more you refer, the more you earn!

Terms and Conditions

  • This is only valid for referral of new Care Owners only.
  • Care Pro’s status has to be activated (taken at least 1 visit with us).
  • Homage reserves the right to determine situations of misconduct or misuse where the reward will not be issued at any point in time.
  • Homage reserves the right to amend or cancel the program at any time, at its sole discretion. If no jurisdiction of law is otherwise applicable, Malaysian law will govern this referral program.
  • By participating in the Care Owner Referral Programme, you agree to have read and understood these terms and conditions.

Referrer – Existing Care Professional

  • A referral is only successful when you fill in the Care Owner’s details in this form and they complete their first visit with us.
  • Care Pro will receive a total of RM100 upon the completion of IPCA and Care Owner’s first visit with Homage.
  • If the Care Owner opt for a Phone Care Assessment (PCA) rather than In-Person Care Assessment (IPCA) and do not proceed with their first visit with Homage, the referral bonus will be voided.

Referred – New Care Owner

  • This Referral Program is only eligible for Care Owners who have never gotten a care visit with Homage before and have not been referred by any Homage Care Professional before.
