General Support Representative

What you’ll be doing…

The General Support Representative is to provide support to both the caregivers and care providers as well as the company as a whole via phone, sms/messaging and email.

This is the perfect entry level role to take your first steps in an exciting, fast-growing business and develop your customer service skills.

You will..

  • Be the first point of contact for all enquiries regarding our platform and technology;
  • Follow up with customers regarding changes to their booking requests, ensuring all updates are communicated;
  • Work closely with other teams to manage and track incidents and provide feedback to drive service improvements and recovery;
  • Manage and maintain the CRM database; 
  • Support ad-hoc tasks and projects from time to time.

Skills you will need…

  • Experience in a customer service or call centre role 
  • Clear and engaging communication skills  in person, on the phone and in writing
  • A good level of IT competence (ie. Google Suite)
  • Ability to work autonomously and remain motivated
