Women are natural carers for others but often neglect to care for themselves too.
This International Women’s Day, we want to #embraceequity for women in healthcare by recognizing the importance of women’s health, engaging women in healthcare decision-making, and providing women with job opportunities regardless of which stage of womanhood they are in.

Women are highly associated with the role of a caregiver. However, they too should have the equal opportunity to obtain their full potential of health whether physically, mentally, or emotionally. Women can also be empowered to nurture their caregiving skills by caring for others based on their flexibility.

Subba’s inspiration to take up physiotherapy as her profession came from her dad who was unwell and required assistance when she was growing up.
