Finance Operations Associate

Location: Singapore

Type: Full-time



The successful candidate will be part of the Finance team and will work closely with the Operation team and Business teams, actively collaborating to drive a timely and quality Revenue invoicing and collection process. The successful candidate will be supporting the developing of high quality and effective client corporate relationships from finance operations aspect. The Finance Ops Associate reports into the Finance Manager and will have the opportunity to explore other finance activities as part of career growth journey.  



  • Key tasks of the role include: Provide a comprehensive financial and administrative service for the corporate clients, driving effective invoicing practices and healthy working capital management 
  • Tightly manage contract governance, demonstrating an in-depth knowledge of the invoicing related terms and conditions of the contract to ensure that all cost elements are appropriately and accurately accounted for.
  • Assist with clients’ invoicing related requests in a timely and accurate manner through effective communication and personal accessibility/credibility. 
  • Actively managing invoicing related outstanding items or inquiries to ensure it is complete/closed in a timely manner.
  • Prepare, collate and reconcile corporate clients’ billings report, facilitating accurate and effective invoicing to clients
  • Work with Operation team to improve processes to ensure monthly client invoicing and collection related targets are met
  • Assist Finance Manager in improvement efforts of sales invoicing and collection exercise
  • Liaise closely with the Operation team, ensuring accurate processing of billing data points
  • Periodic reconciliation exercise of billing related schedule and data input of clients
  • Build a good working relationship with the account management team and key client's members and be a business partner for both.
