Customer Care Associate

Location: Singapore

Type: Full-time



The Customer Care Associate will be focused on retaining our Top tiered customers. The Associate will be given a pool of customers to act as their dedicated agent. They will contact the customers on a fortnightly basis at the very least for any bookings needed, feedback or incident resolution. They will work hand in hand with the Customer Support and Care Advisory Team to ensure a smooth transition and with the operations team to provide a good user experience for their clientele.



In this fulfilling role, a Customer Care Associate creates a personalized care plan for the clients as well as gaining a deep understanding of the client’s needs and requirements to communicate the most appropriate Homage service offering.


  • Create and enforce plans that will help meet the needs of customers

  • Build long-term relationships with clients and customers

  • Work quickly to address and resolve customer issues

  • Identify new sales and cross-selling opportunities

  • Handhold new customers through the post-sales process of visit fulfillment and preferred caregivers.

  • Handhold customers onto the app to encourage self-booking as much as possible

  • Encourage high-sales and good customer service practices

  • Create strategies and work with clients to boost their brand

  • Help promote and maintain a positive company image

  • An ability to work collaboratively to solve problems

  • Highly communicative, energetic, loves building relationships and rapport with others and in general a people-person

  • Organised and attentive to details

  • Experience in hospitality, startups or healthcare-related companies is a plus

  • Inbound sales or customer support experience is a plus
