ROLE DESCRIPTION

Homage is a leading technology startup in the healthcare sector operating across Asia Pacific that is transforming the way personalised healthcare is delivered and accessed. We are looking for a telesales associate that is looking to play a key function in Homage’s inside sales team and make a key impact to Homage’s growth journey.

As part of the telesales team, you will play a consultative role and be the first touch point for our customers through our different inbound sales channels. In your role, you will enable care recipients, families and care organizations to get access to caregiving services across Singapore, while also achieving team sales goals.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop, nurture & close leads through sales processes
  • Qualify and gain a deep understanding of client needs and communicate the most appropriate Homage care plan and service offering
  • Conduct consultative sales and execute Homage’s sales process via our inbound phone and email channels
  • Help improve the sales playbook and processes and contribute best practices
  • Build a great client experience by assisting clients with usage of our technology platform, service solution set and care planning
  • Navigate a high volume of sales leads; and follow-up on inbound leads to proactively convert leads and articulate the Homage proposition to prospective clients
  • Develop an understanding of the long-term caregiving landscape and unique requirements to strategically upsell or cross-sell Homage’s offerings
  • Work closely with Care Operations and Marketing teams to drive process and client activation efficiencies within the team

  • Highly communicative, energetic, loves building relationships and rapport with others and in general a people-person
  • Organised and attentive to details
  • Experience in hospitality, startups or healthcare-related companies is a plus
  • Inbound sales or customer support experience is a plus
